Having a headache can be anywhere from a mild annoyance to a debilitating event. One hates to turn to pain relievers for every little ache and fortunately aromatherapy may help. Diffusing a blend of any of the following essential oils may help ease a headache. Many people also make a blend diluted in jojoba oil and massage it into their temples.
